But during the past year I discovered him in Jack Ryan in Episode 1 of Season 2.
Frank Whaley plays CIA Chief of Station in Moscow Carter Estes in Season 2, Episode 1 of Jack Ryan. He’s James Greer’s demanding boss who wants to dismiss Greer because of a heart condition. But Greer requests a transfer to Venezuela that Whaley approves.
