Elliott Gould
Elliott Gould (83) is the third guest star, second or third, to appear in the first episode of the Ray Donovan series. He plays powerful lawyer Ezra Goodman.
One half of the Goodman & Drexler law firm – they contract Ray Donovan’s assistance in arranging bribes and payoffs, doling out threats and participating in other illegal activities in the name of the firm’s powerful Hollywood clients.
Elliott Gould has 189 acting credits – a nice total – one more that Steven Bauer.
Never cared for Gould – then lost all respect when he married Barbra Streisand in 1963 – come on, she couldn’t pay me enough.
First saw him as Trapper John in the MASH movie (1970), just saw him a couple months ago in A Bridge Too Far (1977) – also saw him in American History X (1998), and 30 episodes of Friends (1994-2003) as Moinca Geller’s father. Liked him in Friends.

Warner Books published Born to Be Wild in 1992 & it still sells every day at Amazon & Kindle. True story about certain members of the Warlocks motorcycle gang.
The story takes 21 years to play out – with many twists & turns – an amalgam of Sons of Anarchy & Breaking Bad – but these outlaw bikers make the Sons look like Cub Scouts.
