My Picks Week 13

From the Desk of Eagles Outsider Barry Bowe

Good week in Week 1211 wins in 16 games – but not good enough. Lost by one to an 11-year-old who calls himself Big Al.

I’m Tuff Guy in the pool.

I had three impressive picks:

  1. Redskins over Giants
  2. Broncos over Patriots
  3. Ravens over Browns

But the late-game win by the Raiders did me in.

Gonna try harder to win this week. So let’s get started with tonight’s game.

Thursday – December 3

8:30 – Packers (7-4 & 2-3 Away) at Lions (4-7 & 3-3 Home)

Packers are 2½-point favorites with an O/U of 47 points.

The Lions upset the Packers 18-16 three weeks ago on the hallowed tundra of Lambeau Field – which started the Lions on their current three-game winning streak:

  1. 18-16 over the Packers
  2. 18-13 over the Raiders
  3. 45-14 over the Eagles

Ever since 90-year-old owner Martha Firestone Ford stepped in and kicked ass last month, the Lions have shown signs of life.

Meanwhile, the Packers have looked nothing like the juggernaut they were over the first half of the season.

So I’m going against Las Vegas and picking the Lions to knock off the Packers and make it four wins in a row.

VALUE PICKS

As always, they’re free of charge and worth every penny.
